Just A Little Off The Top!

After I finished the stripes on Sherlock and put him together permanently I relaxed a bit and started a new character from a  photo I saw on the net.  I'm not sure just what his problem is but he sure lookes pissed!  Maybe the Barber just handed him a mirror after he had told him he just wanted a little off the back!  I know just exactly how he feels.  The last commercial haircut I got was sometime back in the 80's where I experienced the same feelings after checking myself out in the shop mirror.  As this head is rather large it will probably end up being another bust.  Maybe I'll put a cape around his shoulders  and have him looking at himself in the mirror.  Whatever, look forward to your comments and there are a couple more photos in the Gallery.

  3. It is good, but for me the part I like best is the mouth. That thick lower lip and the sneer....Elvis has got nothing on this guy as far as a sneer. Interesting change from the happy cowboy, I like it.

  8. About six months ago, my daughter and I was shopping looking for a changing table for a my youngest grandson. We didn't want to spend to much, but we wanted something of quality and the ones she kept picking out were outside the budget and I wasn’t to impress with the craftsmanship. So I what home and jumped online and did some research on what it would take to build my own table. That’s when I came across this great site called www.wood-working-made-easy.com. This thing that Ted put together came in so handy. I went looking for a changing table and came out with over 16,000 step-by- step woodworking plans that has made every projects I’ve done so far super easy, under budget, and nothing but the best quality craftsmanship out on the market today. No short cuts here, nothing but the best techniques laid out in a very formative format that made things super easy. Which in return, help me create quality craftsmanship and long lasting treasures. I was compelled to share this great site with others, in hopes this would help further your woodworking ambitions so you too, could start being proud of your projects.
