With the Kerosene Lantern project wrapped up we’re back to the Fireman and roughing out the head.
Lynn, the extra time you spent on the eye detail was very helpful. He's looking better all the time. TNXRon
No matter how many times I watch you do eyes, mine still aren't as good...I was told once to carve a hundred eyes and then they will look good....I am to that point I am sure, but still am not satisfied..guess I need to practice even more. Your tips help a lot though, thanks for the instruction.I like the new background on the desktop, give a bit more contrast that helps me see the carving better..thank you. I would have a hard time deciding which of those heads will go on the final fireman, you might have to carve the whole crew since they all look so good.
Lynn, Just a note to let you know that I really appreciate your time and talent that you share with us. You are a true inspiration to me and my carving journey.ThanksGwyl
I must say Lynn, again, I love the eyebrows, that give so much expression to the face. I still have a hard time with that, tending not to leave enough room for them. Thank you so much for the videos, I am learning more each time. Judy, keep up your good work, you too add to every video. fred k
