  1. A great looking coffee pot. I can smell it now...and I have drank a lot of cowboy coffee from a pot just like that one during years of Boy Scout camping. It tastes really great, considering it is the only coffee available in camp..untill you slurp in a big old mouthfull of grounds that didn't settle. Thanks goodness for modern coffee makers, although they sure would be harder to carve, and wouldn't look so neat with Cookie holding it. I am betting you use the toothbrush technique when painting to get that old time speckled finish of the graniteware coffee pots. With any luck, Judy will boil you up a potfull in the morning to have with your morning paper. Have a great 4th of July Holiday.

  3. You certainly are a very creative guy. Some of these techniques you show us in a few minutes may have taken a while for you to figure out in the first place. Thank you, both, for saving the rest of us all the head scratching and time in figuring these things out.

You forgot to tell us about the lantern- (-:

I think Judy should just go ahead and speak up. I can't think of a reason as to why she needs to be so quiet.

    Have a great 4th!!
