Finished up the final detailing on this guy. Turned out pretty well but sure was a lot of painting! Hope you like him. More photos in the Gallery and comments always welcome.
How many times did you want to twist his head to see how it would look? He looks good straight on and the drape of hair is nice. I really like the side view, the shape of head is more realistic looking I guess. Happy Birthday
I really like this guy. Such detail. I wonder why you did not do the head separately. Although I can imagine that would have made it more difficult due to the lay of the hair. Anyway, a superb piece, Awesome! Thanks for sharing your creative talents with your blog followers. Eric
