I shot this video quite a while ago when I first bought my camera but never really considered uploading it as I thought it was kind of amateurish. But today, needing something to test a new modem AT&T just installed that would take a while to run, I thought I might as well put it on the Blog just in case some of you might like to see it. Kind of choppy in places but it gives a pretty good idea of what's inside that little red building.
Choppy or not, it still is very informational. Thank you! What camera are you using for our education?
ReplyDeleteYou and Judy have a great Christmas!

I'm using a Panasonic SDR-S7P. Dinky little thing but it seems to work pretty good. I remember walking around Leningrad with our first camera up on my shoulder and the tape machine slung under my arm with the KGB boys following every move. What I wouldn't have given for one of these.
ReplyDeleteNice tour Dad!
ReplyDeletei enjoyed the tour-- its always great to see places we havent seen but have wondered about-- how about a tour of the shop -- soon? -- see now that we know about it-- we want more-
ReplyDeleteThanks for the guided tour Lynn. I really enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteFor those of us who live so far away as to never get the chance to see your gallery live this was the next best thing.

Lynn, I called my wife in to watch this tour, and I was not disappointed. You are one incredible person. You invite us into your home and now your gallery.Thank you so much. I hope someday we can get to meet you and thank you in person. It may be when and if you run that school. With the winter coming on, it will be nice to think about the warmer weather coming. Please,You and your wife, have a very Merry Christmas, and the happiest of New Years. Thanks for all that you have done this year, for all of us. fred
ReplyDeleteFor those of us who may never have the chance to get to Oklahoma this tour was great! It helps us get to know the man behind the carvings a little better, nice to see work of the past too. Thanks so much. Robert
ReplyDeleteHey Lynn,
ReplyDeleteI liked the tour. Brought back a memory for me, since I was lucky enough to visit a few years back.
Any chance you would be willing to post some pictures of first cowboy on the blog? I think it looked great plus it would give us amatures some hope for improving if we can see first hand how far you have come.
God bless you and yours this holiday season!
Merry Christmas,
Terry

ReplyDeleteI thank you for all you've shared with us this past year and wish you and Judy a most Merry Christmas and the best to you in the coming New Year.
OK after reading all of these comments, It is a trip to McDonalds tomorrow with the laptop to check out your Gallery. McDonalds sales of sweet tea has sure gone up from all the videos posted here. Thanks in advance Lynn for this and all of the other videos that you have posted for us....Myron
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for showing all of this and the details along with it. As with another post, this does afford us a perspective of the size of the carvings. It is nice to see the chronology of the work. As Chuck said, I would like to see how you have you workshop laid out. Thanks for what you do for us.
