I thought I had posted this carving earlier but after checking I found I haven't. I did this a couple years ago for the Daughter's of the American Revolution. It was raffled off at the end of the conference year. I think it was one of the best I've ever done.

Hello Lynn. I Have Been Following Your Carvings, and I Just Cannot Get over How Realistic They Truly Do Look. I Am Now Trying to Compile a Folder for Reference Study. Hope You Do Not Mind, but I Found Yours to Be Very Fascinating I like the Way You Use Metal. It Makes for a More Detailed Look the Patriot blow My Mind. If You Don't Mind I Would like to Ask One Question. How Long have you been carving
ReplyDeleteMike. Thanks for your comments. I've been carving about 40 years. I like to use different materials and methods which probably is the reason my carvings look a lttle different than the norm.
