In part two we work on defining the areas that will support the detail and then flesh out the nose.

  1. Excellent, I'm so glad you showed us how to sharpen your knife. To me that's the hardest part to carving. A sharp blade can make or break a person desire to carve. Looking forward to the next video. Thanks Ginny

  2. Lynn glad to see you and Judy back, I love watching your videos. With the many different heads u carve from one pattern, I could watch u just carve heads all day. Was surprised to see u shunning the charged wheel with just the "plain" leather one to hone your knife, this is a change from the way u use to do it, is it not? Thank you for sharing your talent and wisdom with us......u and Judy were missed!

  3. Great videos. As Deb said above, "I could watch you carve all day long"! I'm glad you are starting this series as a beginners series. I for one can use a good refresher on just about every step of the process. Thanks for your's and Judy's time in putting these videos together.
